Privacy policy
This notice describes what personal data we process, why, and for how long. It covers orcastudio.cz and the enquiry form on it.
Who processes the data
The controller is OrcaStudio, based in Prague, Czech Republic. Contact: info@orcastudio.cz, +420 775 477 439. We answer email within one working day.
What we collect
Only what you type into the form: your name, email, optionally company and phone, the topic of your enquiry and your message. We look nothing else up about you and we buy no data.
Why we process it
To answer your enquiry and prepare a proposal. The legal basis is taking steps towards a contract at your request, or our legitimate interest in replying to someone who contacted us.
How long we keep it
Your enquiry stays in our mailbox while we are talking and for at most two years after, so we have the context if the same company gets in touch again. Then we delete it. If the enquiry becomes a project, the contract and accounting rules set the retention period.
Who else sees it
The site runs on Vercel (Vercel Inc., USA) and submitted messages are delivered through Resend (Resend, Inc., USA); both act as processors and transfers outside the EU are covered by standard contractual clauses. We read the email in our own mail client. We pass the data to nobody else and we never sell it.
Cookies and analytics
This site sets no cookies and runs no analytics or advertising scripts. Nothing here tracks you, and there is nothing to consent to.
Your rights
You have the right to access your data, to have it corrected or erased, to restrict processing, to data portability, and to object. Email info@orcastudio.cz. If you are unhappy with how we handle it, you can complain to the Czech Data Protection Authority (uoou.cz).
